Privacy Policy
Steady & Sage is a personal organizer that runs on your device. This page explains how your information is handled — by the app itself, if you contact support, and by the app stores when you download or buy. See also our Terms of Use.
Summary
- The app stores your logs only on your device.
- The app does not create accounts, sync to the cloud, show ads, or embed analytics SDKs.
- The app does not make network calls to collect or send your logs.
- If you email support, we receive that message so we can reply.
- Google Play and the App Store process downloads and purchases under their own policies.
What the app stores on your device
The app stores the information you enter — such as dose logs, protein and water amounts, how you feel, optional weight, goals, unit preferences, and reminder settings — in on-device storage only (for example, the phone’s local app storage).
The app does not operate a server that receives these logs, and it does not create an account for you.
What the app does not collect
The app itself does not collect personal data from your device and does not send your logs over the network. In particular, the app does not include:
- Analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that phone home
- Advertising identifiers or ad networks
- Tracking across other apps or websites
We do not sell your personal information.
Support contact
If you contact us for support (for example through the Google Play or App Store listing), and you send an email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use that information only to reply and to resolve your request. We keep support messages only as long as needed for that purpose, we do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete them.
Please do not include health details, diagnoses, medication names, lab results, or how you feel medically in support emails. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
App stores, downloads, and purchases
Downloads and any in-app purchases or Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.
The stores may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying information such as download counts, sales summaries, or crash statistics. That information comes from the store platforms, not from the Steady & Sage app reading your logs.
Notifications
If you turn on the optional dose-day reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. That reminder is delivered by the operating system on your phone. It is not sent through our servers.
Export and delete (on-device data)
- CSV export is started only when you choose Export. The file is created on your device so you can share or save it with the system share sheet.
- Delete all data removes the app’s stored logs and settings from this device. Uninstalling the app also removes local data held by the app.
Your rights
- Support emails: You may request access to, or deletion of, support emails you have sent us. Contact us through the store listing and we will help.
- On-device logs: Data inside the app is under your control. Use Export CSV or Delete all data in Settings, or uninstall the app.
Children and eligibility
Steady & Sage is for adults 18 and older. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Steady & Sage is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not medical advice. Always follow your clinician’s instructions.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
